Hearthstone
Land
You can acquire land by reading the Land deed in a place that does not belong to any faction.

While there is no limit on the number of land acquisitions themselves, this is effectively a limit on the number of land titles possessed, since the price of a land title doubles with each purchase.

In Elona, each property had its own set of uses, but in Elin there is no such classification.

By combining Land Feat, Residents, and Home policies, your land can be used for a variety of purposes.

Please also see Farming, Ranch, etc.

Hearthstone
The Hearthstone is a mysterious stone placed on a player's land that allows him to store inhabitants in the stone and pull them out on another piece of land, rename that piece of land, and publish that map online.

As the hearthstone levels, more features of housing are slowly unlocked, but the danger level of the home also rises. Hearthstones level individually on a land-by-land basis, and levelling hearthstones in another land the player owns will provide bonuses to all lands based on the type of land held. The growth of the pact stones can be controlled by My Home policy.

Growth rate of hearthstones can be adjusted with "Growth Boost" and "Growth Suppression" policies on the home board.

The base danger level for land plots is calculated as 4 * (hearthstoneLevel - 1) + distanceFromRoad (steps away from a road tile on the world map).

Residents
The danger level is further reduced with Border Patrol policy, -2 for every squared level such as 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, etc.  (Example: At 25, border patrol reduces danger by -10.)

Roles
Relocation
*Maid<br>Expands your land, applies to pay additional taxes to Mysilia, and change the player's  title. You can appoint your favorite residents and livestock as a maid. Gold bars are used to expand the land, which can be up to 90 km2 in size. Additional tax payments will increase the amount of taxes, but Mysilia will send you back a number of gold bars corresponding to the amount of additional tax payments.
In addition, relocation deed allow players to move their land to any location.
*Livestock<br>Consume grass to produce milk and eggs. Production efficiency varies by races.  If the livestock can be sheared, they can also consume grass to recover the sheared hair. Livestock are not counted as residents, but instead cannot do their original jobs and hobbies, cannot be bought and sold, cannot be taken on adventures as pets, and no longer generate requests. You can appoint any resident as a livestock or return them as a resident from the resident board/list.
*Secretary<br>Although not strictly a role, the presence of a secretary/elder NPC allows for investment in the town's development level/trading in the influence store. Investing in the town's development is not cheap, but it increases the amount of items that all merchants in the town offer at the same time. The Influence Shop has the same selection of goods as in other cities, but the furniture collection tickets are for Mysilia.

Jobs
The terrain and land feats do not change when moving, so things like moving a sea map to the middle of a grassy field are possible.
Each resident of My Home has a primary job which they will try to fulfil if your home has the proper facilities and signboard, and a hobby which they will do on the side.

In addition, it seems that residents who produce something will sell it directly from the shipping box if there is no shared box where they can deliver their products.
Abandoning Land
You can abandon land from your Hearthstone.

The efficiency of the job is variable, depending on the skill level of the residents and the quality and healing traits of their beds.
When you abandon land, your Hearthstone is destroyed and the Land Deed you were using for that land is returned under your feet.

Even residents who do not have the corresponding skills will automatically acquire them when they perform jobs and gain experience.
All the residents and livestock that were living on the land disappear at the moment of abandonment and move to the land set as your Home. Livestock also become residents in their new location.

Also, some types of NPCs have fixed jobs and hobbies, such as a magician whose job is research, and a farmer whose job is farming and his hobby is tinkering in the fields.
The terrain, items, and appearance on the World map will be maintained immediately after abandonment, but will all disappear at the time of regeneration.

Also, some NPCs have fixed jobs and hobbies. If their job and hobbies are not fixed, you can reroll them by using the Whip of love; it can be purchased as you progress through the main quest. Some are selected only for job, some only for hobbies, some for both, and some are possessed only by certain NPCs.
Land that has been owned for less than a month, or land obtained through the story, cannot be abandoned.

Population
Building
Population is capped for each lot. The current and maximum population can be found on the Home board.
Please refer to Furniture for items to decorate your house,

In the land that the player has set as Home, the player is counted as one of the residents.
Facility for furniture that can be installed and used,

Pets accompanying the player as companions and residents who have physically left the land due to death or other reasons are also counted.
Container for boxes that have the effect of storing items,

Unique NPCs, residents transferred to the hearthstone, and livestock are excluded from the resident count.
and Utility for boards and signs that can be used on player land.

The act of physically leaving the land, such as going out as a companion or dying, is not a means of exclusion from the count.
Buildings
Four walls (or more) and a door!

When the number of inhabitants exceeds the limit, the inhabitants start slacking off and their work and hobby efficiency is penalized.
The maximum area of a room is 2000 tiles, and rooms larger than that are not recognized as buildings. If you want to cover the entire lot with a roof, you will need to subdivide the building into several smaller sections.

The specific penalties are not specified, but in the case of “fishing,” the rate of fish production is reduced, and the success rate of elements that have a probability of success is lowered.
Commands for placing items
When placing walls or items, you can perform special operations by pressing certain keys.

The higher the number of excess people, the heavier the penalty.
* Change the height of the placement by rotating the mouse wheel
* Rotate by middle-clicking or pressing R
** For items with design variations, you can also choose the appearance
* Shift for free placement (can be placed in any position within the grid)

The maximum population is improved by increasing the hearthstone level, and it also varies with land feat.
* Alt for roof mode (can be placed on walls and roofs)
* Ctrl for placement ignoring height (items can be stacked)

The penalty can also be mitigated by raising the Home skill of “emergency food” through hobby work such as “farming”.
House Board (House Plate)
By placing this in a room, you can change the background music and edit the appearance of the building.

Building
* Settings made using the House Board are shared by adjacent rooms in the same group.
* If you select “None” from the Roof Style menu, the room will lose its roof and become exposed to rain and snow.
* If you are creating a room with a fence, you can add a roof by selecting a roof style other than “None”.

Buildings
Room Board (Room Plate)
Four walls (or more) and a door!
By placing it in a room, you can change various settings in the room.

Build mode
Build mode
The Build Mode allows you to freely edit your Home using a dedicated UI.

To use this mode, you basically need a “build board” sold by Loytel.

Initially, only terrain can be raised or lowered, but as the pact stones grow and the “Construction” home skill level increases, new functions are released. When “Free Build” is eventually released, the build mode can be started from the “Build” icon in the lower right corner of the screen, next to the journal, and the build board is no longer required.

Boards
In Build Mode, you can perform specialized operations in addition to placing and collecting items.
By using signs, you can designate parts of your land to be used for specific purposes.

House Board
Cinema Mode
You can hide the UI by left-clicking. This is useful when you want to take screenshots or videos.

Allows the player to change the roof and outward styling of a building.
Edit Cells
Room Board
* Snowless cells will not accumulate snow in winter, and water tiles will not freeze.
* Float cells will float gently in the air.
* You can toggle the presence or absence of wall pillars using the "Toggle Wall Pillar".
* You can hide the item shadows from “Item Shadow”.

Allows the player to change the specifications of a room.
Visibility Switch
The specified item will become invisible outside of build mode.

Stockpile Sign
You will not be able to operate or collect it outside of  build mode, and items that are being switched to invisible will not be able to be collected in build mode.

Designates a room or a 3 block radius as a stockpile.
* The functions of items such as signboards and light sources will still function even if they are invisible.
* Doors can also be made invisible.

Fuel Storage Sign
Picker
You can select the walls, floors and items of the selected cell.

Designates a room or a 3x3 area as a stockpile for fuel for furnaces, kilns, cooking tools, etc. All items in the home will automatically refuel with logs or branches from this area.
Skills & Policies
At the house board, the player can enact many decrees and skills for My Home that apply many various effects.

Commodity Stockpile Sign
Sse Home Skills & Policies for more details.

Designates a room or a 3 block radius as a shopping area. Items tagged for sale will replenish with same-category items inside this area. When an item with a sell tag is sold out, items in the same category in this area will be automatically replenished.
Taxes
Taxes are due at the beginning of every month, with a tax bill being mailed to the player. Not paying your taxes in four month gives the player negative karma, and can lead to repercussions.

Sales Tag
The amount of tax is the sum of [ base tax + fame tax + voluntary tax ].

Designates an item on the ground for sale. If inside the area of a Commodity Stockpile, will automatically replenish with items from the same category from boxes in the same area.

Can also be tagged on non-shared containers to sell the items within the container to tourists.

Garbage Dump Sign

Designates a room or a 3x3 area as a stockpile.
*Npcs will use this area to gather and drop trash. They will place trash in the proper sorting bins if they are in radius of this sign.
Lumberjack Sign

Designates a room or a 4 block radius as a lumber yard.

*Residents with lumberjack jobs or hobbies will move into this area to work. However, they will not be able to actually cut down trees growing in the area, only deliver logs procured from somewhere else as an effect of their work.
Ranch Sign

Designates a room or a 4 block radius as a ranch. Livestock NPCs gather around this area.

Fishing Sign

Designates a room or a 4 block radius as a fishing area.
The Base Tax is increased according to the time elapsed (up to 10 years), while the Fame Tax increases with player's Fame (diminishing returns start at 5000 Fame).

Farm Sign
The voluntary tax is a tax that can be paid at the player's discretion. The player can choose not to pay it, but if you do, you will receive gold bars per 1,000 orens as a return gift in proportion to the amount of the tax paid. The amount of voluntary taxes can be changed by asking the maid of My Home or the secretary of the town.

Designates a room or a 5x5 area as a farm.
You can change the settings as many times as you like at any time, but you cannot change the amount of additional tax payments for invoices that have already been issued, which will be reflected in the following month or later.

*Residents with farming or earth-moving jobs or hobbies will move into the area to work. However, they will not be able to actually manage the fields in the area, they will only be able to receive bonuses to Home skills as an effect of their work.
The tax evasion policy will slightly reduce both base tax and fame tax, after the tax evasion skill levels of all locations are combined. This does not apply to additional tax payments.
* If you have set up a Delegated farming policy, only fields within the area/room designated by this sign will be subject to automatic cultivation & harvesting.
Signpost

Placed at the map edge of a base, a signpost specifies where it will appear when a player enters the home from the direction in which the signpost is placed.
If a the tax transfer policy is in effect, taxes will be automatically deducted from deposits made with the banker instead of being invoiced.

*Only one square at the edge of each direction on the map can be designated; placing a signpost in the center of the base has no effect.
If the deposit is less than the amount collected, a bill for the full amount will be mailed as usual.
*When used in conjunction with a guidesign, the effect of the guidesign takes precedence over the signpost.
Guide Sign

Designates a room or 3x3 area as the location where a player will appear when entering the home.
Tax-Free Lands
On non-Tax-Free Lands, revenues from lodging, tourism, and residential tax are significantly deducted.

*Once this is in place, the player will appear at the location specified by this sign, no matter from which direction you enter the home.
You may designate up to 3 locations as Tax-Free Lands via policies at the Home Board.
Dining spot sign

Designates a room or a 4 block radius as a the dining hall.
Lands designated as Tax-Free will not have a penalty to income from lodging, tourism, and residential tax.

* Residents will dine within this area.
Since there is no tax on shipments and sales, there is no need to transport goods produced in a taxable location to a tax-free location in order to avoid taxation.
*Eating within this area will slightly increase the dining effect.
Incomes
You can earn various types of income by managing your lands.

Skills & Policies
To earn some of the income, you need to invite guests to your base using the Policy of “Open for Business” .
At the house board, the player can enact many decrees and skills for My Home that apply many various effects. Certain NPCs can effect the level of the skill.

Plans, bought from scholars for Gold Bars, can allow you to learn new skills and policies.
Shipping
When you put items in a shipping chest, the contents are shipped out at 5am every morning, and you will receive money (Orens), gold bars, and Hearthstone experience depending on the value and quantity of the items. The experience to the hearthstone is gained by the base that opened the shipping chest.

Certain NPC jobs and hobbies affect home skill levels.
*Orens: You will receive a sum of money based on the value of the items. The amount you receive is affected by your Negotiation skill.

*Gold bars: You will receive gold bars for each shipment. The amount of gold bars you receive is fixed, and at the start of the game it is small, but it increases up to a maximum of 5,000 Oren per total shipment as you receive more gold bars.
You can raise home skill levels at the cost of Gold Bars, at Skill Level +5 bars/level. Innate cap refers to the maximum level that the skill can increase through gold bars alone; it can still be increased further by resident jobs.
*Hearthstone Experience: The amount of experience gained is determined more by the number of items shipped than by the value of the items.
**The value of arrows and pebbles is 0 oren, regardless of the number shipped, but they contribute greatly to the amount of Hearthstone experience gained.

Home Ranking
The most valuable furniture among the furniture placed in your home are recognized as “Heirloom”.

They also have individual potentials but it is unknown at this time how to raise it.
In the Home Ranking, you compete with other towns for the total value of your heirlooms, and if you rank in the top 125, you will receive a monthly salary based on your ranking.

Taxes
For more information, see Tax Revenue.
Taxes are due at the beginning of every month, with a tax bill being mailed to the player. Not paying your taxes in four month gives the player negative karma, and can lead to repercussions.

The amount of tax is the sum of [ base tax + fame tax + voluntary tax ].
Lodging Fees
By assigning beds installed in your land to guests, you can provide lodging to them and receive lodging fees from them.

The Base Tax is increased according to the number of months elapsed and the income from the fourth and subsequent non-tax-exempt land, while the Fame Tax is increased according to the player's fame.
The lodging fees you receive from guests will vary depending on the type, quality, material, and comfort traits of the bed.

The voluntary tax is a tax that can be paid at the player's discretion. The player can choose not to pay it, but if you do, you will receive gold bars as a return gift in proportion to the amount of the tax paid. The amount of voluntary taxes can be changed by asking the maid of My Home or the secretary of the town.
Please also refer to the Beds page.

Tax -Free Lands
Tourism
You may designate up to 3 parcels of land as Tax -Free Lands from your Home policy.
Tourism value determines how many visitors are being generated and furthermore how much revenue can be generated. Tourism value is calculated from all items with tourism value in the area, not just the top most valuable like with home rating. Tourism value of items is not visible without mods, but the "Info Bar (Extra)" widget has an option to display the area's tourism value. Tourism value is entirely dependent on item value.

Land that is not designated as tax- free land will have reduced revenues from lodging, tourism, and residential tax. Designate the land that you will focus on these businesses as tax- free land.
Examples for items with tourism value: Sculptures, painting, posters, statues, card, some furniture, hangings, (...)

If you want to designate new land as tax- free land with three already filled, you must go to the land you want to exclude and remove the tax- free land policy.
For details, please refer to Tourism Value.

Since there is no tax on shipments and sales, there is no need to transport goods produced in a taxable location to a tax-exempt location in order to save tax.
Store Management
If you attach a sales tag to an item, resident or livestock that you have placed in your land, you can sell it to guests.

Land
The advantage of selling with a sales tag is that you can get more oren than with a shipping chest, but there are also some disadvantages, such as it taking a little longer to sell and you not getting gold bars or experience for hearthstone.
You can acquire land by reading the Land deed in a place that does not belong to any faction.

While there is no limit on the number of land acquisitions themselves, this is effectively a limit on the number of land titles possessed, since the price of a land title doubles with each purchase.
For more detailed specifications on sales tags, please refer to Utility.
Events
In Elona, each property had its own set of uses, but in Elin there is no such classification.
Spam package
Sometimes, unknown packages will arrive at your base. They may contain the following items.

By combining Land Feet, Residents, and Home policies, your land can be used for a variety of purposes.
* Junk
* Shit
* Naughtys book
* Platinum coins
* NPC

* ★Wrapped wooden statues

Please also see our pages on Farming, Ranch, etc.
If you turn on the "Anti Spam Package” policy, you can refuse to accept anything other than precious items.

Seasonal Gifts
Every year, on a certain day, a gift will arrive at your land.

In addition, relocation deed allow players to move their land to any location.
* 01/01: New year's Gift(A round rice cake, a bottle of sake, and 3 neutral Silver Bells, and Snow Putit joins your party)
* 12/25:★Gift Box of Jure (see the individual page for details)

The terrain and land feats do not change when moving, so things like moving a sea map to the middle of a grassy field are possible.
Lucky Month
A Lucky Month may occur on a player's land at a low probability, and during this time the following benefits will be received:

Land Feats
*Double the production of goods from residents' job/hobbies
*Double the maximum number of guests
*All guests become wealthy
*Acquire ★Secret Experience of Kumiromi

* Each parcel of land has inherent feats that provide bonuses to the home, and also to the network of homes owned by the player.
This occurs up to once per year for each land, and the probability of it occurring can be increased by the player worshipping Ehekatl or raising their “Luck” Home Skill.
**As the hearthstone is leveled, the benefits of these feats unlock.
*Some of the feet correspond to the networks released at the hearthstone level and affect all the lands in the network. There is a certain degree of regularity in the composition of the feats.
**The first foot is always attached to a terrain type, such as “forest” or “sea”. The type of terrain is determined by its appearance on the global map.
**The second and third feet are randomly assigned to two non-terrain features, but no two non-terrain features with the same name will be selected. Also, some feats are limited to specific terrain.
*Static lands have fixed feats.
**Meadow: Plain, Fertile, Erin's Grace Hill caves: Cave, Ancient Ruin, Erin's Grace  Vernis: Hill, Coal, Ancient Ruin
*Feat set on pre-owned land changes with each re-gen
*When you are on land before it is privatized, the map name in the upper left corner of the screen discloses all three of the land's hidden feats!
**You can see all of the feats that are hidden in the land you already own by going to "Location > Land Name > Land Features" in the Journal.
*Some feet are compatible with the network that is released at the hearthstone level, and feet are shared among lands that have opened the network.

A key part of Elin is managing My Home, a location the player sets up as a home base for housing.

Housing has several mechanics relating to land ownership, delegating tasks, raising your community, and Crafting.

Growth rate of hearthstones can be adjusted with "Growth Boost" and "Growth Suppression" policies on the home board.

The following table is an example of a hearthstone in Meadow. The maximum number of inhabitants and other values vary depending on the land feats it has.

Meadow
Level Admin Points Population Danger Level Build Mode Other Benefits
1 4 6 4 Terrain
2 9 9 7 Relocation Utility Department Policies
3 14 12 11 Clearing Item Protection
4 19 15 15 Mining 2nd Feat
5 24 18 21 Collecting, Recipe Network (Teleporter will be available, and network land feats will take effect here)
6 29 21 24 Free Build
7 34 24 27 3rd Feat

The base danger level for land plots is calculated as 4 * (hearthstoneLevel - 1) + distanceFromRoad (steps away from a road tile on the world map).

The danger level is further reduced with Border Patrol policy, -2 for every squared level such as 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, etc. (Example: At 25, border patrol reduces danger by -10.)

Relocation

In addition, relocation deed allow players to move their land to any location.

The terrain and land feats do not change when moving, so things like moving a sea map to the middle of a grassy field are possible.

Abandoning Land

You can abandon land from your Hearthstone.

When you abandon land, your Hearthstone is destroyed and the Land Deed you were using for that land is returned under your feet.

All the residents and livestock that were living on the land disappear at the moment of abandonment and move to the land set as your Home. Livestock also become residents in their new location.

The terrain, items, and appearance on the World map will be maintained immediately after abandonment, but will all disappear at the time of regeneration.

Land that has been owned for less than a month, or land obtained through the story, cannot be abandoned.

Residents

See Residents for details.

Building

Please refer to Furniture for items to decorate your house,

Facility for furniture that can be installed and used,

Container for boxes that have the effect of storing items,

and Utility for boards and signs that can be used on player land.

Buildings

Four walls (or more) and a door!

The maximum area of a room is 2000 tiles, and rooms larger than that are not recognized as buildings. If you want to cover the entire lot with a roof, you will need to subdivide the building into several smaller sections.

Commands for placing items

When placing walls or items, you can perform special operations by pressing certain keys.

  • Change the height of the placement by rotating the mouse wheel
  • Rotate by middle-clicking or pressing R
    • For items with design variations, you can also choose the appearance
  • Shift for free placement (can be placed in any position within the grid)
  • Alt for roof mode (can be placed on walls and roofs)
  • Ctrl for placement ignoring height (items can be stacked)

House Board (House Plate)

By placing this in a room, you can change the background music and edit the appearance of the building.

  • Settings made using the House Board are shared by adjacent rooms in the same group.
  • If you select “None” from the Roof Style menu, the room will lose its roof and become exposed to rain and snow.
  • If you are creating a room with a fence, you can add a roof by selecting a roof style other than “None”.

Room Board (Room Plate)

By placing it in a room, you can change various settings in the room.

Build mode

The Build Mode allows you to freely edit your Home using a dedicated UI.

To use this mode you need a “build board” sold by Loytel.

As long as you have the ingredients and facilities, you can save yourself the trouble of crafting, but be aware that you will consume Oren instead of Stamina.

Initially, only terrain can be raised or lowered, but as hearthstones grow and the “Construction” home skill level increases, new features are unlocked. When “Free Build” is eventually unlocked, build mode can be started from the “Build” icon in the lower right corner of the screen, next to the journal, and the build board is no longer required.

In Build Mode, you can perform specialized operations in addition to placing and collecting items.

Cinema Mode

You can hide the UI by left-clicking. This is useful when you want to take screenshots or videos.

Edit Cells

  • Snowless cells will not accumulate snow in winter, and water tiles will not freeze.
  • Float cells will float gently in the air.
  • You can toggle the presence or absence of wall pillars using the "Toggle Wall Pillar".
  • You can hide the item shadows from “Item Shadow”.

Visibility Switch

The specified item will become invisible outside of build mode.

You will not be able to operate or collect it outside of build mode, and items that are being switched to invisible will not be able to be collected in build mode.

  • The functions of items such as signboards and light sources will still function even if they are invisible.
  • Doors can also be made invisible.

Picker

You can select the walls, floors and items of the selected cell.

Skills & Policies

At the house board, the player can enact many decrees and skills for My Home that apply many various effects.

Sse Home Skills & Policies for more details.

Taxes

Taxes are due at the beginning of every month, with a tax bill being mailed to the player. Not paying your taxes in four month gives the player negative karma, and can lead to repercussions.

The amount of tax is the sum of [ base tax + fame tax + voluntary tax ].

The Base Tax is increased according to the time elapsed (up to 10 years), while the Fame Tax increases with player's Fame (diminishing returns start at 5000 Fame).

You can change the settings as many times as you like at any time, but you cannot change the amount of additional tax payments for invoices that have already been issued, which will be reflected in the following month or later.

The tax evasion policy will slightly reduce both base tax and fame tax, after the tax evasion skill levels of all locations are combined. This does not apply to additional tax payments.

If a the tax transfer policy is in effect, taxes will be automatically deducted from deposits made with the banker instead of being invoiced.

If the deposit is less than the amount collected, a bill for the full amount will be mailed as usual.

Tax-Free Lands

On non-Tax-Free Lands, revenues from lodging, tourism, and residential tax are significantly deducted.

You may designate up to 3 locations as Tax-Free Lands via policies at the Home Board.

Lands designated as Tax-Free will not have a penalty to income from lodging, tourism, and residential tax.

Since there is no tax on shipments and sales, there is no need to transport goods produced in a taxable location to a tax-free location in order to avoid taxation.

Incomes

You can earn various types of income by managing your lands.

To earn some of the income, you need to invite guests to your base using the Policy of “Open for Business” .

Shipping

When you put items in a shipping chest, the contents are shipped out at 5am every morning, and you will receive money (Orens), gold bars, and Hearthstone experience depending on the value and quantity of the items. The experience to the hearthstone is gained by the base that opened the shipping chest.

  • Orens: You will receive a sum of money based on the value of the items. The amount you receive is affected by your Negotiation skill.
  • Gold bars: You will receive gold bars for each shipment. The amount of gold bars you receive is fixed, and at the start of the game it is small, but it increases up to a maximum of 5,000 Oren per total shipment as you receive more gold bars.
  • Hearthstone Experience: The amount of experience gained is determined more by the number of items shipped than by the value of the items.
    • The value of arrows and pebbles is 0 oren, regardless of the number shipped, but they contribute greatly to the amount of Hearthstone experience gained.

Home Ranking

The most valuable furniture among the furniture placed in your home are recognized as “Heirloom”.

In the Home Ranking, you compete with other towns for the total value of your heirlooms, and if you rank in the top 125, you will receive a monthly salary based on your ranking.

You can check your current heirlooms, Home Ranking position and rewards from the top of the Home Board.

For more information, see Home Ranking.

Resident Tax

If you have the Resident Tax policy turned on, you can collect a small tax from your residents.

Furthermore, the Wealth Tax and Faith Tax policies will increase the amount of resident tax that can be collected.

For more information, see Tax Revenue.

Lodging Fees

By assigning beds installed in your land to guests, you can provide lodging to them and receive lodging fees from them.

The lodging fees you receive from guests will vary depending on the type, quality, material, and comfort traits of the bed.

Please also refer to the Beds page.

Tourism

Tourism value determines how many visitors are being generated and furthermore how much revenue can be generated. Tourism value is calculated from all items with tourism value in the area, not just the top most valuable like with home rating. Tourism value of items is not visible without mods, but the "Info Bar (Extra)" widget has an option to display the area's tourism value. Tourism value is entirely dependent on item value.

Examples for items with tourism value: Sculptures, painting, posters, statues, card, some furniture, hangings, (...)

For details, please refer to Tourism Value.

Store Management

If you attach a sales tag to an item, resident or livestock that you have placed in your land, you can sell it to guests.

The advantage of selling with a sales tag is that you can get more oren than with a shipping chest, but there are also some disadvantages, such as it taking a little longer to sell and you not getting gold bars or experience for hearthstone.

For more detailed specifications on sales tags, please refer to Utility.
