Guilds are an association of professionals who aspire to the same path, and those who belong to one can receive various benefits.
Overview
There are four guilds in the world of Elin: the Fighters Guild, the Mages Guild, the Thieves Guild, and the newly added Merchant Guild. Unlike Elona, it is possible to belong to all guilds at the same time. Also, NPCs will no longer attack you if you sneak into a guild without joining. However, the watchman's security has been tightened, and you can no longer use the teleportation staff to get rid of it.
Fresh entrants into any of the guilds start at rank 0. In order to be promoted, players must earn contribution points to rank up. The current thresholds are 100 points for level 1, 200 for 2, 500 for 3, 1000 for 4, and 1700 for 5. Every month, the player will receive salary from the guild equal to contribution level * 100 orens.
