In the 12th Month, a festival to Jure takes place. Many unique vendors and NPCs show up during this time.
Holy Well
Noyel has the only existing holy well. You can fill a Empty Potion on the Holy Well to get one blessed Pot of Water.
It is the only reliable source of holy water but has limited uses. It regenerates 1 charge each 2 months and charges are shared amonst all holy wells, so taking one home will not give you more charges.
