Performance
You can earn money and items by using Instruments and performing at parties and other venues.

Compared to Elona, the difficulty level of playing is greatly reduced.
Selecting instruments

Instruments can be bought at furniture stores or collected with tickets from those displayed in town.
Each instrument has a corresponding song, and each song's proficiency level is independent. So even if you master one instrument, you will have to relearn it from scratch on a different instrument.
For now, all instruments are functionally the same, other than weight and the songs played. Play your favorite instrument.
- Some songs have bonus enchantments to performance skills, but these have no effect.
Target of Performance
- Playing has a range of 3 tiles.
- Only 'human' NPCs react to music.
- Playing music wakens up sleeping NPC without karma impact.
- NPCs with sound resistance will not wake up even if you play near them.
A treat
If the performance is successful and the audience is satisfied with the performance, they will throw a treat.
NPCs who listen to your performance will spend their interest level, and eventually they will get bored with your performance and will stop throwing the treat.
The following items will be included in the treats.
- Orens, Tomato
At the moment, there is no difference in the amount of rewards depending on the instrument.
Only 1 NPC per tile may throw something at you. In other words, you cannot increase the audience by cramming a number of NPCs into a single tile.
Throwing stones
If you fail to perform, the audience gets angry and throws pebbles at you.
Fortunately, there are currently no dangerous NPCs like Elona that can inflict lethal damage from stone throwing.
However, if you keep failing to perform in front of high level NPCs, you may die from the damage caused by stone throwing.
Especially if you have set the “strategy” on your character sheet to automatically continue playing, you should be careful if you are not confident in your performance skills, because they will continue to try to play no matter how many times they are hit by stones.
Improvement of performance
Good performance is determined by two things: your playing skill and your proficiency with the music.
If you are not used to playing a piece, you will make mistakes on the first syllable, but after playing the piece continuously, your proficiency on the instrument will increase and you will be able to play the piece to the end.
- Performance skills and experience will be gained at the time you receive the money.
- Unlike Elona, you do not have to complete the performance, but you will receive experience up to the point where you finish playing.
- XP gain depends on how many NPCs throw something at you.
Place of performance
Outside of the performance request venues, the amount of money you receive will be reduced, and the experience you gain from performing will also be reduced within the Moongate map.
Therefore, if you want to earn money by performing, you will have to complete performance requests.
