The Seeker believes that knowledge should be free; his personal library is stocked much like a bookshop vendor, but the items within are available at no cost. After a year (360 days, not 1/1), the player may return again to borrow more books.
 
The level of his store is not known but it seems to be low. Skill manuals have a low probability of appearing.

The Seeker believes that knowledge should be free; his library is stocked identically to a bookstore, but all items may be claimed for no cost and his stock cannot be rerolled with influence. However, the weeks-long trek through the wilderness and snow to reach his secluded keep on the very edge of Tyris discourage all but the most dedicated to avail themselves of his collection.
