Felmera is the master painter of Lumiest.
Due to the influence of Jorg on the artistic world trending it towards commercialism, Felmera has lost his desire to create.
Sketch Appraisal
Felmera can appraise sketches for the player, and add them to the journal. Occasionally, he will gift the player with one of his paintings in exchange for being shown other art. Once you receive your painting, Fermela will be able to sell it to you. Also he sells painting you have sold to him, making it possible to dublicate painting (without the copy attribute).
