When used for debuffing enemies, it is easier to get a combat advantage than buffing yourself, and it has the advantage that the debuff from this ability is not reduced by the enemy, but it only works on one enemy. It is recommended to use it in combination with Shatter Hex spell that turn debuffs on enemies into ranged attacks.
