The Eye of Mind skill increases critical chance. To train this skill, deal critical hits, or play the slot machines in the Golden Bell casino.
Even at very high skill levels, critical chance remains relatively low, making this skill difficult to train. However, you can increase the chance by inflicting the Dim status effect with Dark damage, which increases critical chance by 25%.
