《Big Sister》 is found only in party requests as a random neutral NPC.
It's hard to miss her, as she glows akin to other named enemies. You can search for her in the venue too, via ctrl+f.
She cannot be directly obtained, but a clone can be made of her via fertilized egg.
She comes with the [Adam] feat at 20, giving her an additional 40 life and 60 speed compared to other Roran. Something not normally obtainable for her race, nevermind at that level. She also has the [Loyal] feat, allowing her to take damage for another ally in their place while teleporting to the nearby ally.
She also naturally comes with the Eye of Mind, Greater Evasion, and Dual Wield abilities. All 3 at extremely high potentials (base 880, 950, and 1020 respectively) alongside naturally high base levels.
She has the combat abilities Nerve bolt, Lightning Sword, Rush, Eye of Dimness.
