Lumiest is host to the Mages Guild.
Felmera can take the Old Sketch and Memorial Sketch items from the player to enable viewing of art in the journal.
Sewers
The Ditch near the eastern entrance is enterable, taking the player to the Sewers. It is full of bubbles and slimes of moderate strength.
Mage's Guild
The Mage's Guild is accessible from the northwest corner of town, if the player has completed the quest to enter it.
A secondary entrance can be found through the sewers, if the player is inclined to sneak in.
