Tents in citys do not despawn when the city repopulates; tents in wildlands or dungeons will however be mostly lost.

Carrying a Trash Can to void Alters/Trucks (or Soil/Stone from mining out the whole cave) and get 1-3 Eco Tickets from something you would of left behind

Picking up the all lights from the Copper Ruins is far more worth then lugging a Truck back home lower value but also nonexistent weight

The BBQ Set in Somewhere only weights 15.0s making it a viable pickpocket target (Looking at the Wishing page and it being suggested wish put this tip here)

Don't forget you can use a Material Hammer Shrines on your lamp, makes me wish pets had a light slot now;
