[Additions and Adjustments]

• Prevent display of messages when items held by NPCs in the town are appraised.
• Improved the load screen.
• Added a master volume setting and increased the maximum value of the UI scaling.
• Experience points for the farming skill will now be earned when harvesting seeds and watering.
• Parcels will no longer stack.
• Added graphics for new monsters.
