Underground
Vendors, Guild clerk, and vending machine in the Thieves' Guild sell fixed lock picks. In addition, all items sold in the Thieves' Guild are flagged as stolen.
There are several underground entrances in Derphy.
The Thieves guild can be found underneath the bar, past Anastazjia.
A second entrance can be found in the venue in the center of town, in the pool filled with corpses.
Behind the stage in the venue, there is also a hidden underground beach containing many bunnygirls and bunnyboys.
