- When bringing Duponne back to the Village of Atonement, you might want to choose where to release her, as unleashing her indoors could cause her massive body to destroy the building's walls.
As a Boss
Duponne's ability, Sad Cry, silences hostile NPCs and inflicts Berserk on neutral or friendly NPCs.
In battle, she uses this ability to strengthen the monsters summoned by Summon Fishn
Also, note that the battlefield, the Sunken Temple of Lurie, is an underwater map. Players are constantly in a wet state, making them more vulnerable to damage from lightning breath.
However, none of its abilities are overwhelmingly powerful overall, so you shouldn't struggle too much.
Incidentally, Duponne is a large monster occupying a 3x3 space, making area-of-effect attacks like Ball , Bolt, and Flam highly effective. Note that since she is levitating, earthquake have little effect on her.
