The Seeker believes that knowledge should be free, and his library is stocked identically to a bookstore, but all items may be claimed for no cost and his stock cannot be rerolled with influence. However, the weeks-long trek through the wilderness and snow to reach his secluded keep on the very edge of Tyris discourage all but the most dedicated to avail themselves of his collection.
